1. Agreement Acceptance
By accessing and using Starbuzz.ai ("Software"), you, the user, agree to abide by the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA).
2. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Starbuzz.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for your business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Starbuzz.ai.
3. Restrictions

- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any rights to the Software.

Starbuzz.ai retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. The Software is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5. Termination
Your license to use the Software will terminate automatically if you violate any of the terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is." Starbuzz.ai disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Starbuzz.ai be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This EULA is governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising out of this EULA will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India.
9. Updates
Starbuzz.ai may, from time to time, update or modify the Software. This EULA will apply to all updates unless otherwise specified.
10. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Starbuzz.ai and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
