By accessing or using Starbuzz.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Starbuzz.ai provides an AI-powered influencer marketing platform including creator discovery, campaign management, analytics, fake follower detection, and ROI measurement tools for brands, agencies, and creators.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, scraping data, interfering with service operations, uploading harmful content, or using the Platform for any illegal purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models — are owned by Starbuzz.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
8. Limitation of Liability
Starbuzz.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
